Morning Training Laughter Somatics
The Somatics of Laughter is a morning class format in which choreographer, performer, educator and Feldenkrais practitioner Antoinette Helbing shares her somatic approach to laughter as a connecting physical practice. Antoinette has developed this practice over the past 7 years alongside her research on laughter.
Workshops are recommended primarily for the professional community. Free entry.
