TEMPORARY YOUNG presents a dance remix of today’s world, where the body scrolls before the mind does and reality slips away like a gesture. Digital fragments, viral movements, and subtle bodily impulses come together to form a living collage in which youth is measured not in years but in the intensity of transmission.
Here, just as in everyday life, the body works only with what already exists; it uses, reposition, and recombines gestures and rhythms circulating through digital space. The world becomes an open archive – a feed with which we engage in dialogue, and which can be worn, layered, and taken on like clothing or an emotion. Here, a gesture is something that happens between bodies – in rhythm, in tension, in the unclear. Memory is not archived linearly, but returns in affects, echoes, and incomplete images.
These are the moments just before waking, when the rational and the irrational intermingle. Faded echoes and ghosts of our past, remnants of nightmares, foreign images, and our own memories overlap without yet making clear sense. Before recognition – the moment before the body and mind begin to recognize, name, and sort.

Temporary Collective is a group focused on creating performances.
Temporary Collective consists of dancer Tereza Ondrová and theater director Petra Tejnorová.
Temporary Collective is a duo that brings together a team of creators from various fields to collaboratively create performances and engage with audiences.
Temporary Collective bases its artistic process on dialogue and draws inspiration from what currently provokes or unsettles them. In recent years, they have explored themes such as upcycling, loss as transformation, and geographical storytelling – while also seeking out moments of subtle humor and human sincerity.
Temporary Collective is “temporary” because it does not accept immutable truths. It is open to change, rediscovery, and a relationship with the unknown.
Temporary Collective focuses on the possibility of exploring different territories and different media.
Temporary Collective is not based on permanence – that is, on a permanent space, a single theater, or a single fixed location – but rather forms its identity through the diversity of connections and places where theater and dance can take place, and through the varying compositions of the team that brings them to life.
Temporary Collective enjoys reconfiguring itself and building on experimental forms – which it then develops further!
