Can you remember how you felt about food before someone showed you how to hold a fork? When you explored the world with your palms, fingers reaching where they weren’t supposed to? To gather around a table, sink into silence, and make space for textures, colours, scents. To walk through a landscape without outlines, become part of it, leave a trace, play, and create something delicious and fleeting. To unfold a landscape is a short, shared preparation of a small feast with playful rules.

Magdalena Malinová focuses on intimate and participatory formats rooted in hospitality, culinary practices, and everyday rituals. She explores the body as a sensory and imaginative tool for relating to what resists language – the unknown, the irrational, the emotional. Through subtle gestures and small-scale situations, she investigates how care, togetherness, and slowness can be cultivated as forms of resilience in times of constant acceleration. Graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, she is a performer, dancer and researcher.
