Information
A taste exploration of the surroundings of Studio Alta. The word terroir comes from the Latin terra (land) and refers to the combination of environmental factors that influence plants and their qualities (commonly used in relation to wine, but also more broadly for wild plants). We will walk along the Rokytka stream and into the nearby Thomayer Gardens to gather local plants and explore the character of the place. Back at the former brewery, now home to Studio Alta, we will continue the tradition by creating ferments and preparing other taste experiences that reflect the unique flavor of the area.

A tasting and storytelling experience inviting us to explore the character of Libeň’s terroir through flavor. Some tastes may feel familiar, others surprising. And what will they create together? What can the place reveal about itself through its taste?
