“Dear laureates, I want to show you my playroom in our retirement home. My name is Odysseus. Or I´m waiting for Odysseus, I´m not sure. This is the last Nobel Prize to be awarded today. It will be informal. Dear laureates, I imagined myself being really old man and the Golden Runner still running in me. I´m losing my powers, he is not. Maybe I was a man who never existed, but he did. It is important to add that I do not know who this Golden Runner really is. But I think, dear laureates, he creates a life in me.”
HONEY AND DUST is an art group moving on the borders of artistic forms and genres. Under its roof the works and pieces are created on the stage of theater performances, concerts or installations. This creation is presented as well as in theaters, so in galleries or on concert stages. The basic basis is complementary art, an artistic language based on the symbiosis of expressions. Performers are as musicians, so artists, actors, dancers. The aim is to look for new ways of artistic expression in the form of lively movement between diverse artistic communities and means. An important part of the creation of HONEY AND DUST is an overlap of not only the means of art, but also an exploration of the interrelations of art, biology, psychology, philosophy, history, physics, genetics, etc. Thus, the complementarity takes place in this formation both on the level of form and content.
