The basis of this training is the understanding of our own body through imagination. Thanks to this, we are capable of discovering many different motion qualities and principles, of finding specific dynamics, coordination and above all, logics.”
Lenka Vágnerová has been developing a system for several years now, which intends to gain maximal physical possibilities without superfluous muscle tension and stress; she explores the “economical” physical performance. This workshop develops plasticity, musicality and coordination and it deepens the ability to react to impulses, listen to our inner intuition and perceive the environment.
