Information

This full training workshop tackles practices that span from yoga, coordination, attention or stamina games to building personal movement material, or learning several dynamic choreographic sequences. I consider that the dancer’s training must be as wide as possible, including a significant variety of disciplines to achieve a versatile, strong and agile body, although this sometimes means going beyond dance. To me dance is movement and energy, and from this perspective there is room for a myriad of resources and proposals with no need to put names or labels. In this workshop we’ll work with the body to achieve an expressive physicality and to explore improvisation and partnering work.
