“Inversion poses as a source of power” – this is a contemporary technique focused on self-knowledge and self-awareness. It is based on contemporary dance principals, focused on inversion poses and the support function of arms. Our skeleton allows us to use arms as support base, and the body allows the muscles to save energy for power exercise. Inversion poses as transitions in dance combinations are a gift for our bodies.

“Duet as a ceaselessly changing composition” – this is a physical research focused on partnering in improvisation. We will focus on the ability to anticipate partner´s motion, while remaining free in composing our own material. We will not perceive changes as adapting, but as a communication within the duet.

Let´s enjoy improvised duets full of grace, courage, risk, lightness of being and the possibility to choose.

Suitable for dancers of all levels. English friendly.
