Czech republic has rich history of vinyl culture. Local pressing plant GZ Media is one of the biggest in the world. There are many indie labels releasing alternative music on vinyl. Overview of who is who with sound samples.
Martin Mikuláš is club and radio dj present on the Czech music scene since year 2000. He runs record shop Phono.cz and vinyl DJs agency Phono DJs. His vinyl collection counts more than 10 000 records and he composes strictly vinyl programs for stations Radio 1 and Cro Jazz. He started label Phonolab Records.
