Hand mowing starts with proper preparation. One should be able to hammer and adjust the scythe correctly, plus every proper mower or harvester should be equipped with a sweet song that could embellish the meadow as beautifully as the rows ofmowed grass. If you would like to sharpen and adjust your own or borrowed scythe (complete beginners are welcome) or learn to sing the so-called mowing and lawn songs, i.e. traditional folk songs sung to mowing and raking, do not hesitate to come and join us. Everyone is welcome!
