Information
Start your Saturday with dance? Come and get moving at the morning training session at the Kotlaska Community Center, led by Sára Balabánová, a dance movement therapy instructor.
We’ll begin with a slow calming of the nervous system and gradually warm up the body. This will help integrate and connect everything that the body has accumulated over the past weeks. Gradually, we’ll transition from movement to dance, allowing us to release everything that no longer needs to be held. The community gathering will conclude with coffee, tea, and other treats brought by participants.
The event is open to everyone, regardless of age, mobility, or experience. All you need is the desire to move and enjoy the joy of dance and music. Come stretch and kick off your weekend with a solid dose of dance energy!
