Information
SatSang is an improvised performance created by experienced dancers and improvisors with a live music by Slovak musician Maok, led by Zuna Kozánková.
SatSang is a platform for intersection of different dance, improvisational and generational experiences and for a research of interaction of physical action and live music. SatSang is a celebration of the present moment that we are often not able to grasp and experience.
“Sat” means truth, “sang” means society. SatSang is a community of anything that brings truth. In this project, artists seek truth through maximal honesty without embellishment, and through an absolute concentration on “here and now”. Improvisation uses the present moment and it is a way to an open mind and to different situations, relationships and possibilities – and it can also be the way into our soul.
