During this workshop, seniors will learn to combine body and voice, voice and motion. They will explore the possibilities of their voice thanks to three basic principles: breath, relaxation and coordination of motion, voice and rhythm. Free of charge.

Discussion with non-profit organisation Cesta domů about how we lost the ability to age normally and die peacefully.
