Strengthening capacity of cultural workers is an important aspect of cultural development. Therefore, one of the main activities is focused on development of cultural workers who participate in operations in all three partner organisations.
Three meetings will be held in total, centring on sharing know-how and practical knowledge between the partner organisations.
PAST MEETINGS
On November 18, 2021 a partner meeting was held, focusing on questions related to a management of planning, and coordination of team and activities at Baerum Kulturhus. Partners shared their experiences from these areas and with planning tools they use.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a topic that moves the business world. It is time to focus also on cultural organisations. In this workshop we will centre our attention on the following questions: how do we communicate our social responsibility to the public, politicians, artists? Is it important for cultural organisations to have a strategic document in this area, and how to create one? What experiences from the business sector can we use? The workshop is open to representatives of the partner organisations, other TEH members, as well as the public.
A moderated debate that was a part of the Artist & Venues format (Kultivátor platform) took place on March 27, 2024, at 16:30 in Studio ALTA and online. This last meeting of cultural workers focused on the emancipation of contemporary dance and the search for a name for the current state and role of this genre. We feel, together with our partners, that a correct and shared articulation is important for the communication and advocacy of this genre, and therefore for its development and stabilization on the artistic map of cities.
Naturally each partner organisation has its own needs regarding training of their team. Therefore, each partner will choose several internal or individual courses that their team or team members would participate in during the duration of the project.
