Non-profit organisation joining architects, landscape architects, sociologists and teachers to make public space better for children.
In our understanding, a child friendly city offers children freedom of independent movement, affordances for play and other unorganised outdoor activities as well as contact with nature within city landscape. We not only see children as equal users of all public space but inevitably as equal partners in the process of city planning. With the motto “City for Children with Children” we are focusing on participation of children in all our projects, from school garden designs to entire city quarters strategies. Our other activities include educational workshops, lectures, conferences. We create space for play.
